It seems clear the Pandemic is not over and winter is fast approaching with the added increased risks of flu and other respiratory illnesses.
So though we all want to return fully to 'normal' as soon as possible, we have a duty of care to all our parishioners and particularly to the most vulnerable who wish to come to the Church in person. Please be considerate to those around you by following our guidelines below whatever your personal views on conduct during this difficult time. We don't want anyone to stop coming because others have made them feel unsafe.
FACE MASKS (unless exempt) must be worn properly covering both the mouth and nose whilst in the building.
HAND SANITIZING is expected as a minimum upon entering the church buildings. Frequent sanitizing is strongly recommended.
ONE-WAY SYSTEM is in place.
KEEPING AS MUCH DISTANCE as possible between households at all times. To increase capacity all pews are now open. Mass Goers are therefore requested not to kneel at present.
GOOD VENTILATION to maximise airflow is required so expect doors and windows to be open and the heating will be off when people have gathered. You may want to wrap up warm!
STEWARDS WILL GUIDE YOU TO YOUR SEATS remember they are volunteer parishioners there to help. Please be polite.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE
